Stephanie Hurd Office and Wholesale Account Manager

Our very own Kiwi from Aotearoa, Steph! If you’ve ever called Nancybird, you’ve probably chatted with Steph! She's our star office manager taking care of most aspects of the nitty gritty of our office and warehouse operations and looking after all our wonderful stockists. A Nancybird super fan, we love seeing Steph rocking up in a back catalogue of Nancybird. She's one stylish woman, avid explorer and photographer who lives life to the fullest! 

Claire Murphy Customer Service and Fulfilment Team Member

A star member of our small warehouse team, Claire, works across dispatch, customer service and returns. We love Claire's flawless style, often sporting the latest Nancybird matched with her love of Melbourne labels and the most comfortable sneakers! Claire is also a talented illustrator who's work is sure to put a smile on your dial - check out her illustrated life @tunabake. 

Laura Labrin Customer Service and Fulfilment Team Member

One of the longest Nanaybird staff members - a font of knowledge on Nancybird styles across the years – she’ll know the year and the season it comes from! Laura has taken care of our customer queries, returns and quality control, and getting our orders out to you in perfect condition!

Laura has recently started Maternity Leave, and we wish her the best for her journey ahead - and we can't wait for her to visit soon.

Customer Service and Fulfilment Team Member

One of our newest team members, Michelle, processes our online orders, picking and packing with care to get your order out the door to you! When Michelle isn't working away in the warehouse, she's spending time with her family and much love trips along the Great Ocean Road.
