Change of Mind – For a change of mind item, notification must be given within 7 days of purchase, and must be delivered within 14 days. Proof of purchase (receipt, bank account or credit card record) must be shown.
To return change of mind item, please contact us. We must receive prior email notification before the return can be accepted.
The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the item. The item must be returned in unused and undamaged condition, and must be sent in appropriate manner to prevent damage in transit. Upon receipt of returned item, you will be refunded you purchase, less the below shipping charges. The refunded amount will be credited to the credit card that was made to purchase the original product.

Notification of a defective product must be given within 3 days of receiving items, and return of product must be received within 14 days.
Faults do not not include differences in fabric print or colour and leather colour variation. We do endeavour to represent the products as best we can, but as these are hand printed and hand made, there will be some variation in each item. We consider this a good thing! It will make your product unique.
Proof of purchase must be given to returns of faulty items. For notification of faulty product, please contact us.
Once item has been returned and inspected, Nancybird will refund the postage back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.
A repair or exchange will be made on receipt of item. Exchange can only be made where appropriate and if item is available. Repair will be made by nancybird, and nancybird will cover the cost of repairing the item. The delivery of the repaired or exchanged item back to the purchaser will be covered by nancybird.
A faulty product does not include damage incurred by the purchaser in failing to maintain and care for the product properly.
Your nancybird item is covered by a 6 month warranty. This means that we will replace, repair or refund an item which is faulty for a 6 month period from date of purchase.
This warranty is not covered by items which have not been cared for as recommended in our Product Care.
It does not cover reasonable wear and tear, stains, marked or torn leather, or soiled items.
Nancybird items are not made for “heavy duty” usage, due to their soft leathers and fabrics used. They can certainly be used every day, but they must be treated as you would a special coat or favourite pair of shoes- with love and care.
