Australia
We offer free shipping throughout Australia, with the GST included in the listed price. Shipping is via Australia Post and will be a registered package. This means that Australia Post will deliver the package to you and will require you to sign for the parcel. If you are not there, a card will be left at the address, for the package to be picked up and signed for at your local post office. This also means that we can provide you with a tracking number for your parcel- please contact us for your number.
Incorrectly address items, including incomplete addresses, will incur an extra delivery fee if redelivery is required. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that the full and correct address details are given at time of purchase.
Delivery times can range from 2-7 business days within Australia, depending on distance from Melbourne. We will endeavour to pack and send the same day if order is received before 12 pm (Melbourne time), after 12 pm your order will be sent the following business day.
You can also now purchase Express Post Platinum delivery (Australia only). This item needs to be signed for and is trackable – please contact us for your number. International
We offer shipping to most international destinations. The item price and delivery charges are all in Australian dollars and are GST free. You may need to pay customs and duties in your destination country – you are responsible for all extra charges that may be incurred for international delivery.
Delivery times may vary, but is generally between 5- 10 business days depending on distance from Australia. We will pack your order the same day if it is received before 12 pm Melbourne time, the next day if if it is received after 12 pm.
Your item will either be sent Registered Post International (orders under 2kg) or Express Post International (orders over 2kg). Your item will need to be signed for and is trackable, please contact us for your number.
Costs for delivery to New Zealand:
$0-200 purchase: $15
$201-450 purchase: $30
$451+ purchase: $45
Cost for delivery to other international destinations:

We offer a complimentary gift wrapping service. Your nancybird purchase will be delivered to you gift wrapped, multiple items will be wrapped together unless individual wrapping is purchased. You can purchase individual gift wrapping during Check Out.
We can also write a little Gift Tag if your purchase is a gift. We have sourced some super cute tags from Poppies for Grace- check them out here. To include a gift tag and write a message for your lucky person, just purchase the Gift Tag in the Check Out area.
We are now able to offer a “pre-ordering” service. As we produce limited numbers of each item, this will mean that you can secure delivery of the item that you most love!
If the item you are after is listed as “out of stock”, you are able to order and pay for that item now. Delivery time is listed for each out of stock product- we will send out to you as soon as the item is available.
At the time of ordering you will receive an email confirmation listing all payment and delivery details. We will also notify you once your item has been sent so you can watch out for it.
You are able to cancel your order at any time, by emailing us your request.
Please note if the item you are after is listed as “No longer available”, this item has sold out and due to the seasonal nature of our ranges, will not be remade. It may be a good idea if you are really after that particular item, to ring some of our stockists, as they may still have it in stock.
